We, at Azzi Technologies, prioritize our clients and their satisfaction. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent procedure for our clients. This Policy outlines the circumstances under which Azzi Technologies may provide a refund and/or cancel the services.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 If you wish to cancel the services you purchased from us, you can do so by informing us at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Please send us a cancellation request in writing via email to our customer support at support@azzitechnologies.com.
1.2 In case of project cancellation, any work completed up to the point of cancellation must be paid for in full.
1.3 For recurring services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date. Failure to do so may result in the billing of the next cycle’s fee.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 We strive to offer the best service possible, but if you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds within this period will be processed minus any transaction charges or any other fees associated with the order. This refund policy is only applicable for the first-time purchase of our service and does not apply to the renewal of services.
2.2 If you wish to request a refund, you must submit your request in writing through email to our customer support within the money-back-guarantee period. We will not be able to process any refund requests past the 30-day period.
2.3 Refunds will not be provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of Azzi Technologies.
2.4 Refunds are generally processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation and the money is refunded in the same manner the payment was received.
2.5 Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund when we have already started the work for your project and the work is in progress.
3. Terms & Conditions
3.1 Azzi Technologies reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3.2 Azzi Technologies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting of the modification on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of all revisions to this policy.
